MARKET DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE SCHEME


Dynamic global economic scenario has opend many opportunities and challenges to the Micro and Small Enterprises in India. Out of these many challenges and opportunities, one important challenge that cannot be ignored is to create new markets for Indian Micro and Small Enterprises in International markets and Domestic markets.  Government of Haryana realized this need and hence has notified Market Development Assistance Scheme for Micro and Small enterprises in the State for International and Domestic Exhibition by making a provision for this in Enterprises & Employment Policy-2020. 

Quantum of Assistance
(i) International fair: For International Fair Following Financial Assistance is provided once a year to Micro & Small Enterprises. 

75% of expense or 4,00,000/- whichever is lower

Boarding Charges = Upto Rs.50,000/- (Restricted to Rs.10,000 per day per person - maximum 02 persons and upto 05 days)

Economy Class Air Fare from source/origin to country of exhibition = upto Rs.1.00 lac (maximum 2 persons). 

ZED certification Silver or above required International Exhibition
 


(ii) Domestic fair: For Domestic Fair Following Financial Assistance is provided once a year to Micro & Small Enterprises.
75% of expense or 3,00,000/- which ever is lower

Economy Class Air Fare or IInd Class AC Railway Fare from source/ origin to place of exhibition = upto Rs.0.50 lac (max.2 persons)

Boarding Charges Upto Rs.25,000/- (Restricted to Rs.5,000/- per day per person - maximum 02 persons and upto 05 days)


Commencement and Applicability 
Micro & Small Enterprises which have participated in fair/exhibition on or after 01.01.2021and before 31.12.2025 shall be eligible under the scheme.

Time Limit 
Micro & Small Enterprises  must apply within three months of the closing date of the exhibition participated.
