To implement the concept of Zero Effect in pursuance of Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy-2020 Government of Haryana has notified Assistance for Environment Compliance in Gazette vide No.25/05/2020-4IB-I dated 29.12.2020
Objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to new Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises of the State for setting up of Effluent Treatment Plant and for installation of Air
Pollution Control Devices
Quantum of Assistance:
50% financial support
or
maximum of INR 50.00 lakh
on capital cost for setting up of Effluent Treatment Plant and for installation of Air Pollution Control Devices for new Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of all sectors.
New Enterprise: Policy defines new Enterprise as the enterprise which has gone into commercial production on or after date of notification of the Policy i.e. 01.01.2021.
Time Limit:
The applicant shall forfeit its entitlement for the Assistance if it does not submit its claim, complete in all respects within t
hree months of installation of pollution control Equipment as certified by Regional Officer Haryana State Pollution Control Board
or
from the date of notification of the scheme
whichever is later.
Documents Required
i. Copy of Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).
ii. Certificate of Incorporation/ Partnershipdeed/Partnership registration/ Co-operative society registration.
iii. Board resolution/ Power ofattorney.
iv. CA certificate of details of Expenditure incurred (in original)(Annexure-II).
v. Certificate from Regional Officer of Pollution Control Board(Annexure-III).
vi. Certificate from Regional Officer of Pollution Control Board in case of Zero Liquid Discharge claim.
vii. Change of Land Use (CLU)/ NOC from competent authority, ifapplicable.
viii. Copy of GST return/Audited Balance Sheet for last financial year.
