Certificate of Incorporation/ Partnership deed
Board resolution/ Power of attorney authorizing Partner/Director to apply for Market Development Assistance Scheme
CA Certificate in respect of proof of Expenditure incurred for participation in the Exhibition (On CA letter head)Annexure-‘II’ or Annexure II-A
Passport of the person (with Immigration/Emigration and Visa Stamps) who participated (in case of foreign exhibition)
Copy of Boarding Pass with stamp
Change of Land Use (CLU)/ NOC from competent authority, if applicable and Land Proof
Copy of Enterprise PAN card
Proof of expenditure for space charges, shipping charges, display material, boarding charges and travelling fare.
Copy of Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).
